Purvakalan sells digital reports only. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.
After paying, enter the payment ID that Razorpay shows you; it is also in Razorpay's email receipt. As soon as we confirm the payment, the full report opens on screen and the PDF can be downloaded immediately. Please save the PDF for your records.
If your payment went through but the report did not appear, write to support@purvakalan.com or call +91 98902 00273 with your payment ID. We will deliver the report within 48 hours, or refund you under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
