This policy explains what Purvakalan collects when you use this website, why, and who else handles it.
We never see or store card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay on their own secure checkout, where Razorpay also asks for your email and mobile number.
We do not keep a database of customer charts. Your birth details are used to build the page you asked for and are not saved on our server afterwards.
Place names searched on the site, with their coordinates, are cached so the next search is faster. This cache is not linked to any person.
Server logs, which include IP addresses and requested pages (including place searches), are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
When a payment unlocks a report, we store its payment ID together with a code derived from that report, so that one payment cannot unlock several reports. Your birth details are not stored with it.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
This website does not set cookies. Razorpay's checkout may use its own cookies to process your payment.
Your name is optional. You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@purvakalan.com. Payment records that the law requires us to keep are retained for the period the law sets.
This service is meant for adults. Anyone under 18 should use it with a parent or guardian.
